It is not always
about trying harder.
If you recognise recurring difficulties, a conversation can help you understand what is happening.
These examples are not a diagnosis. Similar difficulties can have different causes.
01
Organisation & time
Deadlines, forgotten responsibilities and constantly rushing to catch up.
02
Attention & completion
Difficulty starting or finishing, even when something matters.
03
Impulsivity & restlessness
Quick decisions, interrupting conversations or difficulty unwinding.
04
The effort others cannot see
Systems and reminders that help you keep up with everyday demands.

INFORMATION THAT HELPS
Answers to the questions that matter.
ADHD in women
An organised outward appearance does not always show the effort needed to maintain it. Assessment needs to consider that side too.
AssessmentADHD or anxiety?
The same symptom can have different explanations. A useful question is when it started and what it is connected to.
Daily lifeADHD at work
A strategy matters when you use it. Start with one small change that solves a specific problem.
BEFORE YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
What you may want
to know in advance.
Practical information about assessment and care.
How many appointments does an ADHD assessment take?
Usually two. If the complexity of your history and symptoms requires more, this will be discussed with you. Each appointment costs €130.
Can ADHD be recognised without a childhood diagnosis?
Yes, it may be recognised in adulthood. Assessment still explores whether relevant difficulties were present in childhood.
Can appointments be in English?
Yes. Appointments are available in English or Greek, in person or online when appropriate.
Will I definitely need medication?
No. Options are discussed after assessment according to your needs, preferences and clinical picture.
What if I live abroad?
Contact the practice before booking and mention your country of residence. Appointment suitability, prescribing and recognition of a report are considered separately.
